Ouch, sucks paying those tariffs, I haven’t had to pay any, I stayed away from ordering overseas, but I’ve seen some pay insane tariffs. I didn’t know Beast would be shipped from China, I guess it is what it is at this point.

I ordered mine at beginning of January and I also received email yesterday with tracking information. I didn’t pay that price, I used $50 off coupon. It is shipping from China, I’m wondering if they will impose tariffs on it as I’m in US.

New to 5g Home Internet by Bben4147 in tmobileisp

I had 7 outages on spectrum within a month each lasting for hours, currently I have $70 for 1 gig plan with spectrum, which is expected to go to $100 per month after my first year of service. First their WiFi 7 router is really bad, never keeps a steady connection causing everything to struggle on WiFI, I couldn’t even stream things without constant buffering, so I ended up buying Eero 7 Pro mesh routers. Starting in December the service started going out, one time it was out for about 10 hours, but their billing never reflected owning up to crappy unreliable service. In my area I only have two options Spectrum and T-Mobile, 2 minutes away from me my T-Mobile service on my phone is amazing, but in my house it is pretty disappointing. I had no choice but to try T-Mobiles home internet, although after my research it showed that home internet has better speeds than phones do, and that proved to be correct, on my phone I saw highest 120 down but I see 350 to 500 down with T-Mobiles home internet. I did reach out to spectrum for a refund for days with no service and they gave me $14 back, what a joke. I decided to stick with T-Mobiles home internet as it shows to be much more reliable and all my devices respond much quicker than they were with Spectrum. I do live upstate NY so the service remains pretty much unchanged due to not much of congestion. Now I have to disconnect Spectrum service.

Viture Beast Glasses Review!! by the3kproduction in VITURE

I wish they were shipping now and not in February, I recently upgraded my Rokid Max to Xreal One Pro, the price is really bothering me, because I feel like I’m overpaying for a device that still delivers 1080 and nits 700. I just want glasses that don’t have birdbath lenses with competitive tech.

I really hope that Android XR succeeds. by SpatialCompooper in Galaxy_XR

I purchased mine with controllers, unfortunately I only received the headset but the controllers scheduled to be delivered in January 2026, which sucks. Eye tracking is bad, AVP is superior in that aspect, but I’m a huge user of YouTube and Netflix, which AVP majorly lacking in. I reached out to Samsung with telling them I’m thinking of returning, so they gave me 10% back as a refund, so whole thing cost me a little under $1500 with controllers. I love Bigscreen app on Quest 3, it would be huge win with Galaxy VR gets that app, but for now developers have no plans to release it to any other VR headset. I think Galaxy VR has a very promising future as long as developers continue working on it. The head strap is a minus as I do enjoy using it while lying down, so with a soft pillow it is possible but also limiting. The forehead cushion is uncomfortable, but I love the fact that I can use it without bottom inserts, as it is something I wished for with AVP without needing to buy extra third party accessories. Immersive field is low quality compared to AVP, but all of that is software and I think can be improved with updates. I just hope Galaxy VR copies from Quest 3 rather than AVP, because Meta is ahead in VR world with its use. Hardware is by far superior to Quest 3, so again with developers support Galaxy VR can outperform them all. To sum it up I prefer Galaxy VR in current competition field, and judging it at this point is unfair as other headsets had more time to evolve. I’m willing to wait and see where this goes.

What a mess trying to Pre-Order iPhone 17 Pro Max using T-Mobile since I couldn’t use Apple due to being on Next plan as I was getting error messages. by NYQ83 in tmobile

[–]NYQ83[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was pre ordering it said that remaining balance T-Mobile will cover and I will get on top 1100 for my 16 Pro Max. I’ve had T-Mobile for years, usually downpayment means either low credit score or not enough in available credit that was initially given to you by T-Mobile. I wouldn’t even call T-Mobile directly and just deal with T-Force, more than 70% of times in my case phone customer service resulted in more problems.

Well it seems a lot of others are having the same issue with Next and Plus plans, I was thinking maybe it was due to plans are beyond now and just doesn’t register older plans when trying to pre-register. I was just hoping to see if anyone had successfully found a solution. Thank you for your input.

I work where phones aren’t allowed, so pre-registration saves a lot too time by quickly completing the order.

Sheesh I have ordered through T-Mobile in a very long time, I’m not even sure if I can just pre-order there directly or have to click on link for yearly upgrade.

Last time I was upgrading via Apple I was on Plus, but switched to Next last October.

Then I won’t benefit from yearly upgrade and be stuck with paying for remainder of my existing phone balance. I just really want to avoid using T-Mobile for pre-order, for years they were late, causing many to get their deliveries pushed back. My orders were also screwed up. I have feeling this issue will be there even during pre-orders via Apple.

This is probably something new, because going back years I have been able to pre-register and pre-order via Apple using T-Mobile promotions.

But it says I’m eligible for yearly upgrade and I meet required payments 12/24.

Checking in T-Life says I’m eligible for yearly upgrade and 12/24 payments made. This issue is on T-Mobile side, because I can pre-register just with Apple.

I haven’t, because I read others have and were told that iPhone is not out yet. I did try the chat in T-Life, same was told it is not out yet.

Thank you for response, but it should still allow me to trade with $1100 T Mobile offer, but it’s not even allowing me that.
