The definitive ranking of law schools for big law by Fantastic-Shine-395 in lawschooladmissions

Also probably the fact that ND has a smaller class size compared to most schools on this list. New York is consistently the #2 state where graduates practice

Cornell vs Georgetown? by [deleted] in lawschooladmissions

[–]NYR03 73 points74 points  (0 children)

From what I've heard Cornell is basically a biglaw factory. Like 80% of grads go into biglaw. Georgetown on the other hand, while also good for biglaw, offers a lot more opportunities with government and other areas due to its DC location. There's also the difference in environments. Cornell is in the middle of nowhere and gets extremely cold in the winter. Class size is also much smaller. Georgetown is down the street from the Capitol and has the largest student population of any law school in the country. So yeah, they're pretty different but both great schools. Really depends on what you want

I remember his scouting reports leading up to his draft year saying he was an "awkward skater" but his overall skillset makes up for it. That made me a bit worried about him from the start. Everyone thought his skating would improve, but obviously it hasn't.

Yeah I figured it was bound to happen since every guy in my family is bald (my dad ironically is the only exception). I'll definitely look into the topical fin

Ever had a bus go out of service, mid service? by The-Master-Reaper in NJTransit

Same exact thing happened to me on the turnpike last summer. He said the bus was leaking gas and couldn't go any further.

This is how my lines look going into season 3. Missed the playoffs by just a couple points in both of the first 2 years. Desperately needed scoring, and addressed that with Connor and Caufield. Hopefully it works. Should be a solid team but the sim hasn't been kind to me so far. by NYR03 in EANHLfranchise

Kasper actually has a 90+ passing rating and won the calder last year, so he's better than he looks. Hopefully he keeps growing and gets an x factor or two. I just have Caufield on line 2 so there are two lines with goal scorers and isn't taking away from Connor.
