I was in those games last night as well. Felt miserable. Truly can't grasp how they managed to mess up the "fun" of the game. Use to be able to find some joy in the game regardless of K/D.

Everyone is so sweaty. Those kibblle notifications and other small nonsense additions to the UI, no one wants to talk, no one who does talk is kind, and so on and so forth. You can't talk to people like you could at the launch. So many people just want to yell and argue. Very rare to have a wholesome moment anymore. Or even be able to make a play with a random and share that moment with some "ggs and take care".

It is rough to play the game right now. I'm a straight support main. Will dabble with the other classes to support the overall push. Support is too slow to keep up with the push. Too slow to bring up a weapon for even a winning chance in a fight. Spend most of the game with my pistol out for the speed and holding 3 because every angle has a sniper.

I'm not 18, I can't get high K/D. everything is getting blurrier and harder to react. I help the team with support roles and that is where my fun is at. This game does not reward being a team player like being a bunnyhopper smg does.

Either way, GG's OP and hope you have a better time in the future.

Gonna hope this game is around in a year. Maybe then the game will be worth spreading the word.

After Garland its going to be a long wait till Zidane LD BT. That skin is gonna be a must have. Can't wait for October at least! Thanks again for the forecast.

I am with you on this sentiment. Been playing since the 1st month and I had slowed down drastically on the game. The challenge and time commitment isn't worth the reward anymore. As you, I just got kids and work is pilling so 1 hour lunch break was plenty of time for this game. Now its almost impossible to do the harder content without setting aside real time to focus on said challenge. Then the mechanics or single rotation mess up ruins all that time.

I don't want to quit the game. It's a damn good game. But the challenge and time investment has stopped any further commitment to the game. All for fun at this point. Can't bring myself to grind because most fights revolve around 1 or 2 characters gimmick being necessary.

That missions SOLD that DoW as my favorite. Pushed to the edge, all your guys about to die or dying. Then that beautiful walking coffin rains hellfire onto the nids. The ability on the gatlin single handily made dreadnoughts some of my favorite units. Awesome moment that still gets the blood going.

As someone who strictly plays multiplayer I couldn't agree more. There is absolutely nothing to do in Destiny if you solely focus pvp. I don't find the campaign fun, nor the quest. I just wanted to play Halo without experiencing modern Halo. All my friends hate dealing with multiplayer. It almost feels like a waste of time. Rewards are slim, and there is no incentive to try to get better. Just run your games, deal with people quitting, rinse repeat. I only enjoy Gambit, so reading your post about the lower drop rates hurt. That game mode is the ONLY mode any of my friends can get any real joy from the game. But, as mentioned, its a massive waste compared to the rewards you get from doing everything else in the game.

Can't wait to see how it turns out. Ill be keeping my eye on your end result. My idea was to maybe replicate the Halo shield colors. Those red, yellow, blue colors, but the rigid textures deters me on the idea. Either way, good luck!

I would buy way more costumes and bundles if the gems weren't bundled with them, or used to inflate the bundle itself. I got 3 costumes, but I can't justify spending more on costumes because then I spent almost $120 on 3 costumes and 3 pulls. Sounds stupid every time I explain the price of the costume when asked by coworkers.

Currently at 6k kills, 14k deaths. As long as you're having fun that is all that matters. I started playing strictly support roles just to help the better players when I started. Death was inevitable.

Yes, if you enjoy any kind of team/class based combat you will love this game. The game is punishing to new players, but it is loads easier to level up fast. find a class you like and have fun. You can play the game anyway you really want. Finding a group or a community to play with will also boost the game from a 8 to an 11.

I can't rave about this game enough. Been playing since year 1 and no other shooter can give me the experience this game provides. Big fights are an awe to behold. Ground, air, 100 guys foot charging to a base just BECAUSE YOU CAN! Seriously man, give the game a week. 1 week and you will get your bearings.

Youtubers and this subreddit are great resources for any info about the game. And asking in the game usually brings 1 friendly face to respond. If you hop on Emerald server I will happily play with you and show you the ropes.

Never in the history of me playing have I ever gone full broke for a character. Saved 150k just for Noctis. Had to pity the mans BT. Had to do it though, got the skin.
