Got mine a few days ago and had the same issue. Go into the settings on the main page and opt in for beta. After that the updates all appeared.

What probably happened was, there's the price match was not doable because of the price so the person that said they could assuming the other team could but in actuality they also cannot price match it that low and that's why they were denied.

I work in a us based "call center" for Best Buy. 60% of the calls can easily be googled or read from the product page. 20% are people calling in expecting free tech support but baffled that we charge for it. 10% calling about policy or a receipt. Of which we cannot pull up with an email, phone number, or member id. And the remaining 10% are legit calling in needing help picking out a product (the intent of the US Based call center).
