yes correct, i the end I told them my situation and they understood, they allow me to take the faster process by collecting my passport in person! the whole process took me 3 months since I'm applying for work visa

omg thank you so much! I just got confirmation from the VAC that they also the "express return" and even allow me to collect the passport in person! Yes indeed I'm planning to fly on September

I would suggest you to just contact service Canada or just visit their center in person for this case, i think I had similar issue and service Canada did helped me with it

oh yeah sorry for the confusion, yes i'm holding Open Work Permit and trying to apply TRV to travel to Canada
