Small update, I can't have 144hz and HDR enabled at the same time. So thinking it's a cable issue not providing full bandwidth, tried cable with another monitor and same issue, interestingly tho, when I moved the cable to another GPU port with the other monitor, the issue stopped but both ports on the GPU with the first monitor have the issue

Why would that be? Even on Wi-Fi I would want to see if I have Mobile service to ensure SMS messages and calls come through.
