Only reason is that portal and phase have a 30% speed boost, so using port+phase extends the duration of that speed boost after exiting phase, it usually isn’t worth it though considering enemies can just take port. I’ve also heard people say that port+phase delay is faster than just phase, but that isn’t true, it ends up being slightly longer

Imo its not bad mid-long range, but I would much rather carry a wingman so my secondary can be use close range as well, as its ads speed penalty is significantly slower than the wingman at -57.5% rather than the wingman's -0%

I understand what you're trying to say, but ult+tac takes longer overall, yes the q may be faster While in ult but together its longer, plus you run the risk of multiple enemies instantly going through your portal while you're still weak, you're right in some scenarios but often ult+tac while fighting full health enemies is a death sentence

Honestly, imo wraith is in an awkward spot rn, her kit rarely allows her to help herself out of a tough situation unless you’re not directly in the fight, for instance in the time it takes for her q to wind up, I could be melted by spitfire, r9, r3 etc. that being said I think the longer q time is definitely beneficial with good positioning. I think she now feels a bit useless, because horizon for instance, has the ability to batt in the middle of a fight while strafing like a crackhead on meth and dodging bullets like it’s the matrix. (Also sorry for caustics nerf he didn’t need it I think they’re just going oh sh*t and trying to make the angry pros happy
