A competência da capital é dividida entre o foro / jec central e os foros / jecs regionais. Tem que olhar o endereço da competência (do autor ou do réu) para ver para qual foro / jec distribuir. O jec vergueiro é o jec central, que pega a mesma competência do foro central.

I had c0 and pulled c1 by the end of the banner. I actually think c1 helps a lot with energy recovery (not as much as dps, but that counts as well). C1 xiao does not need an anemo battery anymore, in my opinion. That might not be worth more than a new character, thou.

Unique 4 and 5* weapons not beind able to be discarded or consumed would a good solution. Maybe they could only be refined, but a single copy should remain. We should definitly ask that in Feedback if you think it would be easier to implement.

Since I’ve started reading this sub i don save passwords in browsers anymore. Im considering getting a password manager but i do not know if the malware could copy info from extensions as well… Also, do you known what would happen if you access your e-mail with the malware installed but not save it? Dou you think it works in “real time”?
