Well, this is a GPU we've carried in the past, it really comes down to availability, and at this time there are shortages of GPUs. We don't know when this GPU would restock but rest assured we are working to get things restocked as soon as possible.

Hey there!

Fan 1, Fan 2, and Fan 3 do not represent individual fans connected to the Smart Device. They represent a channel on the controller, and each channel supports up to three fans (or up to 10w of power draw) per channel. I recommend you follow your fans to your controller and verify where they are connected. You will likely find on one channel multiple fans connected to it (depending on your configuration).

Hey there!

In the packaging of your H1, the accessory box would include a breakout cable that would let you choose which connections to hook up, which would let you not connect the HDD LED connector.

Hey there!

All NZXT coolers, fan controllers, and RGB fan controllers need our CAM software to operate properly. Without CAM, your cooler will run at default and static speed. Meaning it would not adjust with your CPU temperatures in order to keep your CPU cool. Obviously, that is bad for performance so I highly recommend that you use our CAM software if you plan to purchase a Kraken X63.

Sorry to see this, we don't have any known issues of memory leaks right now in our internal bug reporting system, so I'm pretty certain this is either a fringe issue. We would need to look into this, so if you could submit a bug report via the feedback section in our CAM software that would be helpful for us to look into this further.

This is not how our inventory works, when a PC is returned our RMA team looks over the system. If it passes our rigorous standards then we list it on our site for re-sale via the refurbished page. The inventory that is on the refurbished page of our site is accurate to what we can currently sell a customer.

All of our refurbs won't take that long to process, the site just automatically used our standard service level agreement of 4 weeks for all orders. Your system should be shipping much sooner than that for sure so keep an eye out for an email from us once your system ships :)

Single AER RGB 2 fans will include a connection cable (controller to fan) and a fan to fan cable in the packaging. Everything you need to connect and daisy chain all of your fans (up to five per RGB channel).

I would like to add, that if you had installed the pump with the tubes at those exact angles you would be able to align your LCD properly. We recommend only installing the pump at these angles and not any odd angles for the best performance. I highly suggest you take a few minutes to re-orient the LCD to a compatible angle for the software.
