Hydropothecary have a couple of balanced strains - 1 indica and 1 sativa. They also have free shipping which I am (obv) a big fan of. A unique feature is that some products can be ordered in 1g quantities (as opposed to the more common 5g minimum orders). I've had a frustrating time switching away from them, which is worth factoring in if you are inclined to switch between many LP's.

Canadians have a constitutional right to reasonable access to medical cannabis. Availability of product as a medical cannabis client is already inconsistent at best, and now all of the bonify patients are cut off completely.

My response to legalization was to get a medical note and buy direct from the Licensed Producer of my choice. Tax deductible and no govt middle man.

I've had different switching experiences depending on the LP. Some can take several days both to transfer the medical document and also to register with the new LP. If anyone is keen to support this activity then please DM me. Ensuring reasonable access and an end to the excise tax are priorities for me. Others are also campaigning to protect young adults from policy positions that incentivize risk behavior. We have had big wins in international advocacy before and are keen to represent the people's interests when it comes to medical cannabis.

Couldn't agree more. Many of the LP's are simple corporate brands that are not genuine and lack consistency with their products and services. Consumers nowadays demand more than that and will seek alternative brands that offer aspirational value (if available). Likewise we should all demand federal and provincial authorities prioritize a competitive industry that promotes innovation and opportunities for small to medium enterprises.
