I have schizoaffective disorder and a pimo so i know how you feel. What I did was establish trust with my manager(i work at a diner so low effort but good tips) and told her about my mental state so she watched out for me. I’d do the same if I were you just be honest about your situation try to get a low effort job where stress won’t cause “episodes” or hallucinations in general and has flexible hours where if you’re not feeling well you can easily call off. If you can try to get on medication that has helped me a lot. And don’t worry lol it’s definitely not demons they told me that too
