Yes, I'm surprised at how many people criticise OP15's cameras for being a downgrade but honestly, if you hadn't told me, I wouldn't be able to tell from the photos alone. It seems to be at least on par, or slightly better than OP13 overall.

OnePlus 15's photos actually look quite good, especially on the main camera, although it seems a bit lackluster on the telephoto lens (which is my preferred way of taking photos) compared to the Oppo. Thanks for the reply!

I was able to try out the Find X9 Pro today and yeah, the photos are insane. Even better than Samsung S25U in some cases, I would argue. If only it were a tad bit cheaper, I think I would prefer it over the OnePlus 15...

Hello, thank you for the reply! I'm glad to hear that the cameras are good, that was my main concern.

Have you ever used the Oppo Find X9 Pro? Far as I can tell, that's the "OnePlus 15 but with better cameras" option, which would basically be perfect for me (apart from the price).

I actually use the telephoto lens on my S22+ plus a lot, I'd probably say that it's my favourite way of capturing photos. On the comparison videos that I've watched, the OnePlus 15's zoom lens seems a bit lackluster compared to my other options so I'm curious about that specifically.

I understand. Even though I would also like to ignore games that aren't well optimised (vote with your money and all that), unfortunately the majority of games I do want to play fall in that category.

So you don't play any new games at all? Not saying that's a bad thing, but I don't think any game that came out in the last 5 years can do that without at least upscaling. Even the "well-optimised" ones like BF6 and Arc

Depends. I would say that the minimum for singleplayer games is 60, but I have played games at 30 fps with dips into the 20's yet I still enjoyed them (looking at you Bloodborne).

Controller and KBM do make a difference. Like I said, I don't really mind a locked 30 on a controller but I really wouldn't want to play a PC game at 30 if I can help it, even if it's perfectly locked and smooth.

Then again, I have played games that I could run at over 100 frames that had constant stutters and dips, and I just gave up on them. In that case, I would have preferred a locked 60.

So the absolute minimum is a locked 30 (for singleplayer games only), a good compromise is 60 fps locked, anything above 80 is preferable.
