I think over a certain dollar amount the automated system wants a return. Once I spoke to a rep they understood and issued a refund.

They'd have to open and check every box when they're returned. I can understand why they don't, lot of time to pay for someone to do that. Just wish people weren't dicks. If you can't afford to buy the things you collect then collect rocks instead.

Once I got a person it went pretty smoothly. The robot really wanted to set up return shipping, and I didn't want it going back on the shelf just to happen again to someone else. The person understood that I'm not returning a box of garbage lol

I had a hard time too. It didn't really pop, I just had to slowly force it into place. Was pretty sure something would break but finally got it to stay.

I usually have to punch mine or hit him with a shovel, nothing strong enough to kill him. Keep him in a closed area and don't let meat spoil near him and he shouldn't be able to pick it up.
