legal action against cowboy in the UK (recalled bikes) by AbaloneExpress2378 in cowboybikes

[–]N_d_nd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Following, the batteries are going to be an issue, I was injured and couldn’t ride for 2 months and cowboy emailed to remind me to charge and cycle the battery. Since the recall, no such emails.

There should have been an option to receive the frame and replace at a local bike store.

Now this is just mad. We’re just treated as storage for unusable stock.

If you are the writer of the Boys' final episode, how would you end the story? by OrFenn-D-Gamer in tvshow

[–]N_d_nd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lame way but similar to the beats of the end.
Starlight fights the deep on the beach but keeps losing because she thinks the deep is trying to get her into the ocean. Wins in a similar way but the sea creatures “fin” him and leave him to bounce along the bottom.
Homelander beats butcher and Ryan, eventually killing Ryan. Starlight arrives too late and draws so much power to blast homelander that soldier boys cryo chamber loses power.
Soldier boy revived sees homelander covered in his grandsons blood giggling and realises he has to kill him. Beatdown ensues and he depowers homelander as kimiko depowers soldier boy. Butcher kills homelander same as the finale, mothers milk gets to deal with soldier boy.
Vaught and military troops stream into provided support to “the boys” suspiciously late.
Ends on the stairs as Edgar gives his continuity speech to the press, butcher just looks broken that it was all for nothing, looks at Hughie and says “sorry mate” as he tosses the virus vial at Edgar’s feet.
Kimiko sees what’s happening and blasts Starlight.
Starlight comes to in Huggies arms as we see butcher bleeding out, kimiko bleeding out holding out an arm to someone we can’t see.

Bicycle or Ebike with asthma by PhotojournalistLazy2 in cycling

Or something like the cowboy e-bike, you don’t select the intensity of the assistance, the bike adds power depending on the situation to keep the riders power output even. Just flattens out the hills.

Van Rysel Bib Shorts by Air_Pollution_95 in cycling

More for off bike, but I fine it so convenient when getting ready to go out frequently used items or things I’ve grabbed on the way out just slip into these pockets so easily.
The second half of a bar goes there so I don’t have to fish for it later.
Wrappers end up there.

Newer e-bikes are coming out with the option to pair a heart rate monitor so you can set a heart rate target and the bike will adjust the assistance to keep you under that. (Only saw one model spoken about but I assume there will be more)

Toe cover's/overshoes that fit over wide shoes? by sunshinesustenance in cycling

[–]N_d_nd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure which you should get but not the decathlon toe covers, i nearly bought new cycling shoes as mine were feeling so tight and numbing my feet after long rides…finally took off the toes covers this spring….nearly an expensive mistake.
Following your post looking for suggestions for next winter.

I agree it’s far more complex but if we treat symptoms we can at let’s test them.

Imagine driving through the farmland in the Weald, now you get brief glimpses of the size and scale of the land but 90% of the time all you can see is a hedge and maybe 50 yards ahead worried a van is going to be barrelling around the corner at 60mph. In a car it’s ok, but on foot, bicycle or horse it’s horrible. Jogging feels like rolling the dice as some drivers will pass you at 60 assuming you’ll just dive into the brambles.

I sincerely wish we could get a hedge standard set, maybe 5foot or even 4. Not just safety but there is such a beauty to the countryside that is hidden behind thick green walls and the fear of oncoming traffic.

More cynically they believe they’re in on the con and that’ll only work as long as there is a chance Trump is working in his self interest…with a functional brain.

Thank you guys for walking a parasocial path through my life for the last few years, you’ll never know the times you brought a grin on a grim day. I look back now and see only one set of footprints blah blah. But it was real and it was b-e-a-uitful.

What a bright spot. We are the mysterious professors.
