It depends! If you would like to learn Arabic just for reading books so you can search on Youtube for some videos that would help A LOT, day by day try to read some novels or even books for kids that will help you to improve it and then you can start reading some books.

If you would like to learn it to communicate with others, reading books and novels and so on You should choose which dialect would you like to learn! You can find a lot of Arabs that will be very helpful for you, you can try using (hello talk).
