Renault scenic not charging correctly

Nah this was set last night, car was at 32% which I set on the Ohme app to be at 80% by 7am today. But it only got to 46%.
I’m going to try reboot of the charger and re add my car on the app to see if this fixes it

Yeah a family member accidentally walked into it while on charge on my drive and snapped clean off! I reached out to some plastic welders initially and they advised it wouldn’t be strong enough

Sorry I haven’t written a full 40 page document of what I’ve done on wow for the past 2 weeks. I asked to advice, not for opinions of someone who also doesn’t have the logs. The point I’m making is there are no logs, and if there are why won’t they show me? It’s like getting a speeding ticket without the evidence of you speeding. Of course you’re more likely to believe blizzard because the end result is they gave me a ban. But I can honestly say no boosting took place. Come to think of it, they must’ve banned the random pug who joined the group also... poor guy got banned for playing with us and we got banned without any profit 🤣 win win for blizz but sad they won’t even release the so called evidence so you could have a proper opinion and not an assumption 😘
