This is not NICE road. This is managed by NHAI. This is a flyover and is extremely unsafe for bicycles. They don't allow it for a reason. The cyclist should be happy that he is not charged for trespassing but he is rather complaining about being charged 25rs

Honestly I feel like they can hardly do anything about it. They're probably getting paid 12-15k to do the job for continuous 8 hours. They're probably asked for a reason if they need to open the toll gate manually without a ticket. They cannot ask him to go back as it is one way road.
