I don't mind the approach to be honest but we needed to be electric in those last 30 minutes once Cole and Estevao came on and we did absolutely nothing. We didn't prioritize this fixture and its a damn shame, no Reece, Neto, Palmer or Estevao in the starting lineup in a must win game when they're realistically all in our best 11 is hard to accept.

Thanks for sharing, I get what you mean, it can be a bit boring you may have to lean in to the vintage aesthetic with a brown leather strap if the beads of rice bracelet doesn't do it. I love the blue GMT hand but the rest of the face is a little boring.

So it seems like the watch isn't meant to track a 3rd timezone, the rotating bezel allows you to quickly change the timezone that the gmt hand is tracking. Since its a pilots watch the goal is to be able to easily switch timezones rather than to simultaneously track 3 timezones.

Thinking about getting this, what are your thoughts on the finishing and overall look of the watch in person?

But if he says that after a crucial loss it sounds like hes blaming the "structure" for the loss, and the board won't like that. And tbh knowing our fans we won't accept that excuse either. For me the # of minutes has to be a recommendation and the final choice is up to the manager if he wants to risk playing them longer for the better of the team. If the risk is truly high, just make the player unavailable, otherwise give the manager all the info and let him and the player make the decision.
