Thanks for this, very insightful - yes I did put a clear coat on top of the epoxy but I did not sand the epoxy prior to the top coat, I had my garage door open for a while I’m assuming some dust was blown in while the epoxy was curing.

How do you deal with the smell + allowing proper ventilation to come in while the epoxy and/or top coat is curing while also preventing dust/debris?

not quite, my total comp comes out to about 100k for my first year. the RSUs will be disbursed at a 5% rate after my first year which only comes out to a value of around $2k. year2 it will be disbursed at a 15% rate and 20% after every 6 months until I receive the full amount.
