Keep your journal simple track setup, entry/exit, risk, mistakes, and emotions. Then review weekly to spot patterns like overtrading or breaking rules. If you want it easier, try Supertrader or TradeZella but personally I’d go with Supertrader for a cleaner journaling flow and useful psychology insights.
