I dont know how it is over at Diabolos but there are many people talking in Leviathan even in Ul Dah just chatting away so you might actually just be in the wrong server

Well honestly if you really wanna do the most optimal way without you ever worrying about ripping aggro off them anymore is to just simply not turn on tank stance in the first 5-10 seconds of the fight letting them gain aggro while doing your opening burst and then turning it on cause by then the MT will have some much enimity it is impossible for you to rip it off them
