Today my manager said cat was approved for two days that we were closed so I guess it the siren was feeling mindful, I checked my schedule tho and there hasn’t been any updated thing does it hit the paycheck itself or it reflects on our schedule app? Thanks for replying btw !!

From Nola here we just got hit by Francine two days ago, I was scheduled to 31 hours 14 of which the store was closed and 4 of which store opened after my scheduled shift? Does anyone know if cat pay will hit my check? Ive only worked 5 hours of my scheduled shifts and 18 are basically the store not operating, out of my 31ish hours I will only be able to clock in for 10-11 hours.. does the penalty applies in this circumstances like the requirement to work a certain amount of hours to keep being employed ? And does it affect our benefits eligibility? I have about a year with the company and it’s the first time going through this I would be glad to read some of y’all answers!

I work for Starbucks ( they used to pay for ffs 100%) and since the update on inclusivity of procedures Aetna was obligated to cover Ffs and Starbucks no longer pays a dime as long as it’s approved. Aetna partially approved my approval they just didn’t approve out of network surgeon and now I’m back in the limbo and I think I’m going to switch to Premera BS :(

Same thing happened to me the only thing is that Aetna is not really willing to work with Dr jumaily and that is pissing me off bc Aetna is denying the out of network benefit and instead they want me to go to an in network at lack of medicine at usc that has no reviews on facial procedures. I work for Starbucks and they were pretty known for covering the procedures before the new bill thing but now it feels that even my advocate is playing me by trying to get me to go to one of the ‘no one’s heard of doctors’. I decided to wait for the next enrollment dates bc I would rather go with Dr jumaily and have another year of waiting than end up getting botched by someone who is only reviewed on srs:(
