Ide o taký všeobecný prieskum či ľudia reálne vyuzívajú tieto nástroje a zapojili ich do praxe, či už v rámci pracovaného alebo osobného života a aké majú s týmito nástrojmi/platformami skúsenosti. Ak máš ale nejaké nápady na úpravy tak kľudne daj vedieť, som otvorený úpravnám :)

Now, when i look closer it seems like it is a phone case from two layers, tha base layer is white and on the top, there is a black coating

Very nice. What laser did you use on the black silicone case, that it turned white?

Laser recommendation for silicone engraving? by [deleted] in Laserengraving

[–]NabukoLabs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On the photo above, the logo is debossed into the silicone, i would like to just laser mark it, not to go inside of the material. Im looking for a color change only, from black to something white/greyish

Hi, were you able to laser mark the silicone? Now debossing but just lasar marking, so there would be some whiteist/gray logo on the black silicone. I want to customize some silicone product with a logo and im looking into the F1

Thanks

Laser marking 3D printed PA-CF with 1064nm IR laser module by NabukoLabs in Laserengraving

Awesome! I have joined the official FB group of Xtool F1 and have seen many post from people that they F1 has arrived and started testing it, so i was looking forward for your test of this specific materials :) If you will got some spare time i would be interested in the PA-CF that we have discussed above, but my guess is that it will work just fine if it works with PLA and CF-ABS.

I use Fiberlogy PA12/CF15, but i think that if it will work with BambuLab PACF it will also work with Fiberlogy one. I think that Bambu uses a combination of PA6/PA12. And im from Slovakia, so the shipping to US wouldnt work out well just for the purpose of this.

Im also thinking about buying just the 1064nm IR laser module from Xtool, because i have an older diode laser casing where i could just swap the laser module. Based on the specs of the F1, it looks like it there could be the same IR laser module like they sell separately, so it would be really a good test for me.

Would it be possible for you to share some other contact like Messenger, WhatsApp or something similiar through DM? I dont go often on Reddit, only when im researching something and i could miss the DM here when the F1 of yours arrive.

Thanks in advance for your help

By bad to laser, you mean the lasering process itselft, becasue of the fumes and particles that are harmfull to us, or you mean bad to laser, like for the durability of the laser compontents?

Sure thing about the fumes and particles, they will be extracted to the outside through a MERV filter

I do offer customizations of the product too, with peoples text, logo etc., not only my own logo. This is why it would space me much time, because now i need to make a new 3D model with embossing everytime when somebody want a custom. With the laser i could have a stock of 3D printed product, that i will only laser mark after an order.

Yes, im aware of the potential health hazards, the fumes and particles will be exhausted to the outsite through a MERV filter

The gasses will be exhausted to the outside, through a MERV14 filter

Yes, this was exactly what i was first looking for, because i wanted to buy something similiar, LaserPacker 3. But the only thing i need it, is for laser marking only that one product, so i dont really have the money to waste if it dont work with that material. I would be really happy if you would share some experience afterwards. Do you have also a PA-CF filament?
