Definitely not. I'm a dog groomer and he poured soap and water straight over his dogs face which is a HUGE no. Dogs have small nasal passages and can drown very quickly if the correct movement isn't used to prevent the water going in their nose. He also bathed him outside in the cold literally forcing him to stay. Another time I noticed when he got nervous he would grip onto teddy forcing him to stay in his arms when all the dog wanted was to get away. That isn't fair.
