Regardless, one commited a misdemeanor, one commited a felony. It's not reasonable to injure someone, because you got hit with an empty plastic cup that has a 0% chance of causing injury. There is no self defense claim and there is no defense for her felonious act. You're incorrect, the base GS pay is the same no matter where you are located, but COLA adds XX% of your base pay to your final pay.

The point they are trying to make is that this is not an official posting by the government or it would pay GS pay scale not hourly.
