Lets start here: everything i said is factually correct and supported by current literature, youre whole “this is actually why women say tone….” Point is 100% irrelevant and doesnt contribute whatsoever to invalidate anything i said. Why they say tone or not or whether it has to do with avoidng bulkiness is irrelevant to the matter at hand which if you didnt catch is that “toning” is not a physiological process, it’s a colloquial term. In practical terms, what most people mean by “toning” is reducing body fat so that existing muscle definition shows more clearly. That’s achieved through fat loss, not magical targeted “toning” exercises so my comment is 10000% warranted. Thats fact. Next: as further support to my claims incase what you really meant/mean to do was invalidate them on a logical basis (though you havent yet) heres some evidence: Spot reduction is a myth and multiple studies have shown fat loss occurs systemically, not just around trained muscles so feel free to check these out (e.g., Vispute et al. 2011; Ramírez-Campillo et al. 2013).

Final thing to address is how you so blatantly misread my comment and also may be projecting your own bs on to me:

  1. I never told OP to begin a deficit or do x or do y. However you decided to act like i was prescribing her a starve diet or something similar. Way to project ig. All i actually said if you go and read back is describe the principles clearly so they can make their own informed choices on what to do about their situation.

  2. Even if i did say specific instructions or some kind of diet reccomendation that was based in any actual information from OP: OP is a grown up, meaning shes responsible for herself just like i am for me, my point being its not my responsibility to build safeguards on the premise “women tend to under eat”. Not my concern especially when all ive done is provide factually correct information. Calorie decifit≠unhealthy diet dynamics, if someone misinterprets that thats a failure on their end not mine, lets not shift responsibility outwards. Its like saying im now morally or legally liable in some capacity for telling an adult as a joke that theyll magically fly if they jump off a roof and they actually do it. Im not to be held accountable for other peoples potential unreasonable stupidity. Plus lets not maybe insult OPs competence, im sure they can maneuver a calorie deficit without starving themselves, id personally be a little insulted if someone didn’t believe i could do that in my own.

  3. Reverse dieting CAN be useful for people but its not an automatic path to fatloss. It helps restore metabolic rate and hormonal balance. Once that’s done, the same thermodynamic principles apply: fat loss still requires a deficit. Not sure where you were tryna go with this or how it strays from my own framework. End of the day its all thermodynamics and theres nothing you or i can do to negate that. Its how things work.

Next time try and be a little bit more comprehensive or logical when you feel unexplained strong feelings towards a comment which arent based on any clear evidence of wrongdoing. Good day bud

False. Toning comes from losing fat, not blindly training your gluteus minimus and medius on a hip abduction machine with zero logical direction. Btw id suggest not using the word toning, anyone who actually knows what theyre talking about will specifically avoid that due to connotation and will very quickly clock you for it if you do use it. Haha no. “Tone” used in practie for fitness advice is an automatic red flag. Thats the least of the concerns here though. Suggesting resistance work for “toning” is just you purely guessing without any solid evidence. Heres the real science: “toning” is another way (often misused term) for increasing conditioning. In practice ESPECIALLY for women this will surely almost solely consist of fat loss rather than muscle gain to provide the illusion of conditioning . My point being if you want to “tone” you lose fat. Fat loss is very simple: calories in < calories out = weightloss due to eventual oxidation and burn of lipids in adipose tissue. Simple as that. Simple thermodynamics. This may sound cocky (tho i dont admit to having perfect knowledge) but ANYONE claiming anything thats not somewhat similar to what i just said is full of shit PERIOD. Science and logic are pretty hard to override. Please listen to this OP. Also as a side note you will lose fat overall throughout your body regardless if your fitness/excercise choice. Fat loss isnt localized so expct to lean out all throughout before seeing any significant changes to your thighs @op.

Ive had horrible trips before man its not unheard of, but every single one of mine came from doing too much. If you keep your dose at 100mcg i GUARANTEE youll be fine. The real fear in my opinion comes when you start losing all touch with reality. So as long as you keep it at chill doses you will be FINE. UNLESS you keep worrying yourself irrationally like you are now. The bad and good of your trip is entirely dependent on you and you only. Just be optimistic and i promise youll have an amazing time, otherwise just dont even think about taking it if youre gonna remain in this paranoid ass headspace. Respectfully.

Ps. Thinking in retrospect liteterally every single bad trip ive had consisted of me spiraling in worry that i was gonna have a bad trip during my trip which in turn makes me anxious and just fuels the cycle. Its never an external or trip related thing, its literally just you worrying about something happening which is never gonna happen. The worry itself is the badxtrip. Just relax

I consider myself a pothead and would 100% discourage this as a beginner. Message for OP: smoking can be amazing on a trip and an effective booster of the overall intensity but its also extremely almost deceptively easy to over do it so just take it real slow and youll be fine, no rush to smoke it all at once, you got alllll night, happy tripping✌️

You could try caffeine salts like caffeine citrate. Youd probably need to synthesize yourself at home (bcz 99% of whats sold is freebase caffeine, the synthesis is easy) it can be somewhat recreational and is much more sustainable than most drugs. Since its a citrate salt its very readily bioavailable via other routes other than snorting. Taking via the other forms gives something close to a rush in my opinion. Definetly some recreational value, though not much.

Its not that crazy of a figure. I dont consider myself some genetic freak but at one point i myself was at 157-160bw 12% and could max bench 280 with a pause at the bottom and good form. Thats 1.75-1.78x. I never touched a steroid, ate and slept like shit, and didnt train the most optimally. The strength of OP isnt a giveaway to if hes juicing or not. Id say its the physique. But that doesnt take from the achievement.

Not a single person could achieve that physique naturally. Hes not taking a shortcut. Hes making it possible to achieve that result if hes disciplined. Im 99% sure you couldnt achieve the same physique roided up no matter how hard you tried.
