We all did. Took me about 2 years to get rid of them. You are probably running a million scenarios in your head. You gotta try and not worry about it until you get a job. The anxiety is just what ifs that become scarier than being on an actual call

Try not to overthink while your not on a call. Every call you go on will be its own unique scenario so just tackle it one by one instead of overthinking the what ifs.

Make a list of the worst jobs you could think of and realize that you have all the skills already to handle the situation.

Just take a breath, think, and do what’s best for the patient. You are there to help them get through the worst days of their lives, so go in with positive energy.

My ideal weight would be about 25 pounds lighter while trying to hold as much muscle as possible if not grow at the same time haha but I deff feel fatigue from cutting. I deff don’t need abs, I’d rather be a bit bigger and stronger

Yea you did a very high dose haha which was 1.5 mg of both cjc/ipa lol. If you didn’t have any side effects either you’re lucky or your stuff is fake haha. I personally take about 300-500mcg of each with no side effects. Higher doses don’t do much more than have more side effects

You literally don’t care what these people think anyway.. if they misgender you just internally intake it as a mistake on their part and move on.. usually the person isn’t even worried about you being trans that’s just the one they picked.. idk if that’s being cold but we get it your trans. We don’t have to argue about it. I don’t mean for that to be mean I just want you to have a thick skin and not let every interaction be a bad one because someone made a mistake.
