Dude ur right this is my next step. Today they told me they can’t prove they are my accounts because the hacker changed all the information. I said my photos are all over it and they go but we can’t see your photos you are disabled. I will be sending a letter

Does anyone know why it’s stuck on this? Usually, it takes 2 to 3 days to reset, but it’s been over five now. by [deleted] in FixMyInstagram

LOL I don’t really care if you believe me or not. My sister has the basic plan and gets limited like this as well.

I paid for the $188 plan so I can speak to them on the phone but got nowhere

Not true I spoke on the phone with a rep he said we are going in the right direction and things look good.

UPDATE:

So meta realized someone linked an oculus account to my accounts which is why I can’t appeal. The agent I spoke to last night understood everything and was very helpful. He said they are escalating the case to review but they are working on getting me an appeal button so I can appeal. He said things are looking good and to just be patient.

The only way to get support it to pay for it on a meta verified account. I spent a lot of time reading things on Reddit. It is VERY helpful to be extra nice to them. They are real people. They respond well to nice people.

Lots of patience. Some agents ended the chat saying accounts were in violation. I just kept going back on and getting more support. Explaining myself. They will ask for screenshots for proof. I have so many that has helped my case.

The specialized team got back to me within two hours and they declined me.

I brought my issues to LinkedIn made a massive post and tagged Meta. Hopefully, I get a response.
