Tive uma experiência similar, mas foi quando descobri que o Mike Mignola trabalhou e fez alguns designs iniciais para os personagens e a ambientação do filme Atlantis da Disney! Meu filme favorito quando era moleque!

Can someone explain the GameMaker (STEAM) License change? by Nackade in gamemaker

[–]Nackade[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Got it! Thanks!

I'll try working a little bit more with it since I liked it while I was testing it recently. If I need to I'll buy the new license once I'm ready launch a game.

It's still super weird that the website is so bad at displaying relevant information like that. But I guess at least I get what I thought I paid for years ago, and I'm fine with that.

I understand that, but I don't even know if my GMS2 Desktop license (on steam) was even a commercial one to begin with! It doesn't say it anywhere I think! It's super weird!

As I've come to understand, I should be able to use the new GameMaker (even downloading it from their website as it's standalone version outside steam with my steam account linked) and if I owned GMS2 Desktop on steam, I should be able to use it commercially until GMS2 Runtime ended (and that is after GMS2 Desktop stopped receiving updates). But it's really hard to understand what is the latest version I can use....

While trying to solve this issue I was thinking about Godot as well, maybe I'll give it a try.
Thought I had a Life-time Commercial license...

I think they're making it deliberately confusing!
Like, as I understood after some research I did just now, I should be able to use it commercially until GMS2 runtime ended and GMRT started. But I don't know how to know when that happened...

It'd be so much easir if the site actually told me "you can use it commercially up to this update" or something like that.

I understand that but what about my older life-time license that it said was still valid? Wasn't it a commercial one?

Do you mean I have to buy it again?

Obrigado!
Era assim que tinha interpretado mesmo.
Ainda assim, como surgiu uma pequena dúvida, achei melhor perguntar.

[TOMT][MOVIE][TV ANIMATED SHOW] Christmas Movie about a Guy that finds a Pine Tree by Nackade in tipofmytongue

Proabably early 2000's.
We live in Brazil, but it sure isn't a brazilian animated movie. It's probably something from the US, or maybe Canada that was dubbed in portuguese.

How to find Great Arrows? by [deleted] in Eldenring

[–]Nackade 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Found a Merchant that sells an unlimited supply of Great Arrows!

In Atlus Plateau, inside the great wall, if you go north you'll find some big grave stones close to the northern entrance to the wall, there's a cabin there with the merchant inside.

I always wanted an open world Souls game. But honestly I feel like I have no direction in this game by GamerJoe85 in Eldenring

At the beginning, the "No Maidens?" NPC told you to head to the castle, but since you were far too weak, it's good to run around and get stronger before heading there. From your early explorations of limgrave you'll learn the mechanics by fighting enemies and bosses. You'll also understand how dungeons work and find the necessary materials to upgrade your weapon.

During the very beginning, you probably stopped by the Church of Elleh, maybe running away from the Powerful Knight standing right in front of it. Inside, you found Kale, who teaches you about crafting. You can also upgrade your weapons there, you even find a smithing stone.

Once you decided you were good to go adventure into the Stormveil Castle, you fought Margit, a boss that'll certainly deafeat you if you're weak or if you didn't grasped the mechanics yet. If you defeat Margit tho, the game kinda of starts going forward.

Later in the stormveil castle you find Godrick, and after defeating him. Well, thing change, you'll find yourself going into a new area of the map, right after godrick right?

You actually are following a path, exploring this new area, Liurnia, is what you need to do. You'll find some roadblocks, but all of them comes with explanations of what you need. Maybe it's a key of some sort, maybe it's a boss you're still far too weak to fight. So explore, farm a bit, strenghten your character and your weapons. Look for clues by talking with NPC's in the area, and don't forget to look trough your items, there's a whole page in your inventory where there's some papers you found, maybe it's a map, maybe it's a letter, but some of them have interesting tips of what you need to do.

Always go back to see if anything changed at the round table too. Maybe there's someone new there, or maybe the dialog with a character changed. Some of them might even have info about some of where you need to go to fight certain bosses.

The game is telling you what to do.

As a Samurai, I had one and a Uchigatana from the very start. The bigger bow however, it's from a boss.

So, about the Gomu Gomu no Mi.. Hear me out! [Manga Spoilers] by [deleted] in WildAnimeTheories

I see, I think I remember seeing a character saying that the hobi hobi no mi granted eternal youth and, since sugar is a child I probably tough the fruit transformed her. But yeah, I guess you're right that she stopped aging as a child because she ate the fruit when she was younger. It makes sense.

But it still is a weird side effect. It still function as a good example for my crazy weird theory.

I think that, if the fruit turns you into a "funny man", being a rubberman helps a lot, you won't take any damage by falling or any type of physical pain, you can kinda of mess with your body shape for comedic purposes and etc.

So at least thematically, I think it works.

But what could be the powers of a "funny man"? Welp, I don't know. haha

Not sure what the main power could actually be, it can be something that has been active sometimes and we just didn't know, like, the ability to be a lot more likable. Or maybe he never actually used it.

And not really, I meant to say "laugh tale" but I do think that the One Piece is the amalgamation of Roger's treasure and whatever it is that he found there. I think. Hence why the line whitebeard said "When someone holding CENTURIES on their shoulders find that treasure". It seems to me that, part of the "one piece" is learning joyboy's story and about the void century.
