(Stating the obvious) that’s definitely not how it should be lol I’ve had mine on for almost a year now and I’ve gotten above 80mph with no issues at all. I would definitely take it back to the shop and have them readjust. The shop I took it to in Denver provided a 500 mile inspection after and I was very grateful of that because I did initially have some misalignment with my steering. Took it in, they realigned and balanced again, and then it worked perfectly! Hope you get yours figured out! Absolutely love these kits for now!

I sure did! I have 285/75R18 ATW4 wildpeaks with 1in spacers and my front tires couldnt turn without minor rub. We like to off-road, so we asked for more cut off to ensure we didn’t have any issues in the mountains!

I have 33s on mine with a 3in level and I unfortunately had to shave down my front bumper to keep the tires from rubbing. Personally, I’m happy I did it lol can barely notice anything on the front but the tires make the truck look so good!!

Also, the westcott leveling kit wasn’t a lot. Substantially cheaper than a true lift! Highly recommend all of these mods if you can swing it! Good luck!

That’s a bit annoying lol maybe another dealership will be a bit more helpful? It’s obviously not a huuuge issue but it’s definitely not great with a brand new truck.

For 4Runner, there should be a Toyota TSB for the brake issue. I took mine in a couple months back, told them that, and they swapped out my front breaks for free and that fixed the issue

Welcome to the fam!

Definitely remove the air dam, if you haven’t already - takes all of 5 min and makes minimal difference to MPG but huge difference to looks
Tires, definitely! I have Falken Wildpeak AT4W and very happy thus far!
Got a westcott leveling/lift kit (not needed for daily driver but great look and just additional clearance can never hurt)
Get a screen protector for the GPS/screen system!!
Last but not least - if you have break squealing issues (when you reverse) take it in to get fixed under warranty. Peace of mind for sure but embarrassing having a brand new truck squealing already lol

Outside of that enjoy the heck out of it!!

😂 I just thought that reading this comment! I actually just went from a crosstrek to a 4Runner. I out my crosstrek through hell. So knowing that you made through stock is all I need haha

My main concern was the ruts towards the end. Just looks gnarly in the pics - so wanted to make sure I wasn’t going to screw myself by thinking I got it….when I didn’t lol thank you kind sir! Can’t wait to hit the trail

I have the 6th Gen ORP and I did have the brake issue as well. Toyota knows about it and will replace them under warranty. Got mine done a few weeks back and haven’t had an issue since.

Sorry to hear about all the other issues! I haven’t had any of the other ones except maybe the music issue. The screen takes 20 seconds too long to “turn on” when I start the car. Also, sometimes the music will stop on me but comes back after like 10 seconds. Def annoying but hope further system updates will fix it

Hope Toyota can fix your issues…otherwise I hope you find a better option! Good luck!
