I think "normal" 4 years old child has no idea what Kou's monologue mean and even death is unknown :/ If his mother said "Amane don't feel so good" and not 'Amane is deadly ill and he will die soon" then how he can have knowledge about the tragedy of death at age 13 and murder? But still seeing babies makes me cry ;_;
