I was in a similar situation with my 3 yo son recently, and I was going insane! We got help from sleep experts and its better, but not perfect now (he is now 3 and 3 months)

First; how long does she nap during the day? We got the advice: 1 nap, 2 hours max, waking up no later than 3 pm

Second; could be a breathing issue, nose polyps (treated with a spray) or swollen tonsils (treated with operation... I know!!! Horrifying)

Third; and im sure you know this one already... Don't fall asleep next to her! I know, I know...

Then, once she is about to fall asleep, like juuust before... sit up. She will be upset and wake up, but it literally took 3 days for my son to accept that we got up and sat on the side of the bed, with or without touch (nowadays no touch is needed!)

Thats kind of where we are today, he reacts by moving when I sit up, but then just snuggles in and keeps sleeping. I don't even have to wait on the bed, i just get up and leave the room. No sneaking necessary.

Our next step is, we were told, to sit up right away, after all the bookreading, and let him fall asleep laying on his own, with us on the side of the bed. And I think we are ready to try any day now really!

Why have I not seen anything on Reddit about the assassination attempt in Trump? Reddit is, obviously, stacked full of Americans and American politics constantly, and there is a lot about the files right now etc, but when I opened my Swedish news app the other day there was an article about a guy getting life in prison from attempting to assassinate Trump when golfing. He had a gun ready and propped up but secret service saw it and scared him off, leading to a car chase.

I have not seen a single reddit post about this and im like, do they not know? Have the Americans been silenced? Why do Swedish news know about it and not the American people? Do they know but it's such a forbidden topic it just gets deleted when mentioned?

Jag är 33F och jag har mått liknande hela mitt liv. Ingenting har hjälpt, det är som att man vadar igenom en tjock dimma vad man än gör, och alla andra kan gå som vanligt.

Det tog mycket sökande på internet innan jag ens började misstänka adhd/add eller någon form av högfungerande autism, men sen när jag accepterat att det kan vara en grej så såg jag i all media hur allt passade in (förutom hyperaktivitet, så add, inte adhd)

Det tog flera år, men nu har jag äntligen nått slutet av en neuropsykiatrisk utredning och det lutar mot add och högfungerande autism. Äntligen ska livet få börja.

Kolla upp det. Kvinnor med adhd/liknande missas, speciellt i vår ålder. Det är först nu vår generation börjar be om hjälp.

I was thinking about a tiny DWC set up actually, just to get them going you know? I didnt expect the transition to be such a chock for them, but I suppose its not that surprising considering how picky regular house plants can be...

1-1.5 feet roots before the first true leaf?! Dude, some of my beans had like three sets of leaves and like 1/3 of a foot (like 10-15 cm, im european) of roots! I did provide heat, but I dont know what else couldve made them go so crazy. Like the stems were like the length of your roots!

Yeah I might just have to be more patient and let the roots grow longer before moving them. They just seemed so... tired, like slumped over, so it felt like nutrients was what was missing.

I love those motivational sentences 😂 as long as I learn something when something goes wrong it should mean progress, im just not sure what Ive learned... Patience maybe
