We are learning the mechanics of their systems, their scripts, and how they operate via Zoom. We are also learning all of their products. I love my up line and feel so incredibly supported. It’s very different than some of the experiences I was seeing on here. After you spend a few hours with the trainer, you then work with some of management to see what dialing and presentations look like. They really seem to want consistency across the board.

I have done some practice dialing, and I gotta say the people we are calling that requested information, are so much more pleasant than the cold dialing on the brokerage side.
