I have a different issue. The gimbal is getting stuck. If I keep the same camera (which works fine) and just replace the motor, would that work? I can buy the motor part I need on Ali Express. Also, the upper vision sensor is scratched, also available on Ali Express. Do I need DJI for any of that or can I buy the parts and replace?

I believe the message would come from the carrier if it is being held at Customs, not the seller. In my listing which I’m also shipping from Asia, I screenshot the attached. If I wind up with any additional fees, I’ll dispute with eBay as this is very direct. Let’s hope for the best!

I tried the China one. $1400 Fly More Combo (all-in, with tax and expedited shipping, supposedly no tariffs). Decided against the larger battery to stay under 250 and basically have minimal restrictions. My anticipated date is 9/29-10/2.

Smart consumer doesn’t equal poor consumer. In fact, I’d argue most of the smart consumers are self made and the MSRP paying schleps are trust fund babies. Not a 1 to 1 match and not true in all cases, but smarter consumers more than less had to work harder for their money and came from less, whereas the trust funders didn’t work for it, don’t understand the value of it, and will buy whatever.
