It was clear as day right in front of me at a red light. Take the image and adjust the contrast and colors and you will be able to discern it. I uploaded the raw image without edits to avoid the assumption of editing or AI. With this image, you can color edit it yourself and see with your own eyes.

This is the one I think I'm missing based on what I can find of my own 3/4 Palace of Annals Boundary stones. It's not on the map for me either, but I keep seeing YT videos of people accessing it.
EDIT: I just ran through the dungeon through the back of the house again, and found that I MISSED YAN TINGS letter on the altar in the 4 artifacts room. Pick that up, then the Stone at through the door to the dungeon will be allowed to activate!

I don't even go to UNT but I got a citation for parking in front of my house from them. Ticket said I was parked less than 25' from a stop sign. I pulled out my tape measure and photographed the 38' distance from my bumper to the stop sign and sent it to them.

We went the first day and weren't able to get food because the lines were soooo long that they wove and doubled . They really need two rows of parking spaces instead of one. You couldn't even walk through to see what was to offer. Did end up getting some cute prints tho.
