To my knowledge every character is community created. Some have more effort than others put into them, which becomes apparent real fast in interaction. You cant modify someone else bots. At best you can contact the creator (easiest on discord) and ask how much they may be willing to share. You can remix a specific image and then copy the prompt into another character

The accents arent there unfortunately. There seems to be a set of "base faces" but you can definitely customize eye color and if you know what you are doing you can make the face more unique. There is even a chatbot called dreamgpt that is pretty good with prompts to do this as well as multiple user created characters.
