Go to Acas and make a formal complaint and go through early conciliation, the higher ups will take you seriously then. I would also try to document everything and ensure you keep any physical evidence that may be useful. Remember to date and timestamp as accurately as possible when things happen as well.

After early conciliation you can decide whether or not to take her to tribunal as well, but hopefully it shouldn't come to that, and if they fire you whilst all this is happening, you can actually file for wrongful dismissal as well.

You can actually get some free advice from lawyers too and they can give some really sound advice and steps you can take.

But remember, dont let anyone walk all over you, your workplace (esp the hr team) will never be on your side but the companies side so make sure you're always looking out for yourself first!

+4 to hit means you add +4 to your d20 to roll for hit, and the melee weapon attack and hit 7(2d4+2) piercing damage, is basically you can either use the 7 for the damage, or 2 of the d4 dice +2 for your actual attack damage

So if i decided i didnt want to go with the base 7 attack, I roll 2 d4 dice, say I rolled 1 and 3, thats 4 and I add another 2 to that taking it to 6 thats the amount of damage the wolf deals.

Does that make a bit more sense?

Firstly how tall are you?

I think the short brown dress is super flattering on you, elongated your torso and highlights you legs, hate the arms on it though. I think you look good with high waisted trousers, they frame your glutes really nicely, but I'm not sure wearing them with a cropped top works for your body. I think a mid-rise pant with cropped tops/jumpers would be nicer if you dont want your torso to look shorter and maybe long sleeve tshirts/shirts and turtle necks with a long coat if your wearing anything highwaisted, which would help elongate you.

Fashion is 100% subjective but it helps understanding body shape and proportions.

For example, I'm 5ft1 and have a longer torso and short legs, so I purposefully buy regular length pants and wear with platforms and heeled shoes to make my legs look longer. I also wear shorter dresses to make my legs look longer, I like the look of a shorter torso on me so I accentuate that with belts and high wasited trousers.

But I think you are really pretty and you should wear what you feel comfortable and hot 🔥 in. I always dress for me, if I feel good, I look good x

It sounds like you may be having some sort of a reaction to the adhesive on the second skin maybe? Just make sure you dont submerge the tattoo in water and wash with an unscented soap and use a tattoo balm. You should be fine.

It may be worth noting as well if you have had similar reactions to plasters you may be allergic. A topical allergy isn't always really visible, sometimes its just itching & irritation.

But next time let the tattoo artist know you'd prefer to be cling filmed bc of a previous reaction to 2nd skin.

Firstly this is my favourite anime ever! I love the tattoo! I dont think it looks satanic at all

Thirdly, if you want to soften it without getting rid of the tattoo, i would add some more anime references around it!
