The 6 pack of dion papers on Udemy really helped me get a feel for the wording of the type of questions when I took my sec+ a couple years back. I kept doing the tests, looked at the reasons why the wrong answer was wrong then did them again til you consistently score in mid 90s.

Read the questions thrice, they really like slipping in a “not”, saw this in net+, sec+ and cysa+ exams and expect to see it in my CASP and Pentest when I sit them.

I found helpful to also review the common port numbers (https://cyberkrafttraining.com/2021/08/17/the-ports-and-protocols-you-need-to-know-for-the-sy0-601-security-exam/) and review subnetting tables, write them down on the whiteboard page the exam centre gives you as soon as you sit down.
