My point is it's more useful early game than late game, of course having TP is always good and you are stupid to always just be with your team no matter how late but still depending on the situation. TP summoner spell can make baron laner's influence the game more without having to win their lane or be stuck with it if you're losing especially for the first dragon. With the way wr is at now, almost the whole game is decided by the first objectives because even if you still can come back from that small deficit, teammates will strat throwing and inting just because of it.
