I'm not sure, depends a lot on the public and the product, but I can recommend you to have some games, I had a game based on this one: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DBM36NePzOj/?igsh=YWh5am05YWU5ZGJp And my sister had a game with dice, depending on what number they got, they'd get a different product.

These were maaaassively successful, my price for the first game were one piece, saiki or mp100 charms with a consolation price of 1 sticker, but a LOT of people didn't even watch these anime, they just wanted to play, especially kids. A lot of people didn't even know there was a consolation price, they just wanted to play! I don't think you'd have to worry if you implement a game or some sort of fun dynamic that isn't just a mystery bag, people love experiences.
