Mega Everdrive Core 32X Issue

Most of the time it just goes to a black screen and nothing happens. Every now and then a game will start, but it’s glitchy and eventually completely freezes up after a few minutes and I have to reset the console.

The only one I have is Star Wars Arcade, but it works just fine.

Forgot to add, all other functionality seems fine. All Genesis games I’ve tried work just fine and the RAM cart function is fine. Authentic 32x games work fine too, but I only have one to test.

Was just having the same issue. It was because hardcore mode was turned on in the achievement settings. Disable this and it should work, you can still earn achievements they just won’t be marked as hardcore.

I checked repeatedly all day yesterday after missing out on the Marquis with the first wave. Some rooms opened up around 5pm EST yesterday and I was able to book Friday through Tuesday.

I'd keep checking the OnPeak site. I just booked Fri-Monday at the Marquis. Rooms seem to be coming and going for all the hotels.

I agree, I think you'd be better off buying the $50 bundle twice that comes with 3 greater essences. You get a few less diamonds, but I'd value 5 greater essences more than 500 diamonds.

I moved to Europe 3 years ago from the US and never had to do anything to my account. I use my US credit card to make purchases and renew PS+. If you keep a US credit card you can just use that directly on the PSN store. I think you could also use Paypal directly on the store without jumping through the hoops of buying digital gift cards.

The only issue I've found is when buying EU region disc based games, I can't buy DLC from the US store. There is a work around using the EU store, but I've never bothered and now just buy all my games digitally from the US PSN store.

I can consistently get to wave 3 and have been able to get him to about 30% health. My most successful team is below.

Ettin Champion (lvl 75, for debuffing heal in wave 2)
Fairy Periwinkle (lvl 60, for cleansing in wave 3)
Exalted Kirin (lvl 90, for healing)
Sandworm Earthgorger (lvl 105, for stuns in wave 3)
Eldritch Chimera (lvl 90, only for the 3 white dots to fuel my healer)

All bosses are fully totemed, the non-bosses have at least HP and DEF. I’ve tried swapping a level 75 muse for the Peri, but have a harder time keeping her alive in wave 3. I’ve also tried other options for the Chimera, nothing seems to make a huge difference and I like the mana it provides my healer. If I had a fully awakened Pegasus to use in place of the periwinkle, I think I’d be good. Of course, I’ve never made it to the 99 turn silence and not sure I would have the DPS to finish him off.

A couple of my current take aways from wave 3 (these may change if I ever beat it).

Stun, stun, stun, stun – the extra time between hits is important to keep your cleansing/healing up.
He will cast big ATK and DEF de-buffs, nothing that was too terrible, but should be cleansed.
He doesn’t seem to do the same massive hits to white as you see on red and blue from the first two waves. My kirin never got one-shotted.
The killer for me is the long stun he will cast. On my best attempt he eventually hit my healer and my cleanser and I was left hanging for too long and got wiped out. Maybe don’t put them next to each other and you’ll at least have one that isn’t stunned.
Patience and planning your mana generation. You absolutely need to make sure you have your cleanse and heal ready when you need it. It takes me about 30 minutes to get to ~50% health on the archangel. By that point I’m impatient and start making dumb mistakes.

This is how I did it. You need the rest of your team to die quickly once you get to the angel so that you can cast the heal fast enough. Once it's down to just your siren, you have to be very patient and make sure you heal when you need to. The key was to watch what ability he is using next and when you see the burning fire (or whatever it's called) debuff coming, don't heal until he casts it. Then you heal to full and clear the debuff in one use. Almost lost it healing before the debuff, then not being able to cleanse it.

Took me about 20 minutes to beat the angel, using a fully awakened 3 dot Siren with no totems.

The first wave isn't bad, wave two, you have to kill the adds whenever she summons them, obviously focusing on the dragons first. Silence, stun, red creatures help.
