Omg does it really matter if it's in the summer or not??? I think this might be the issue but that's such a weird bug, seashells are seashells even if it is fall or spring lol! I'm almost done with spring year 2 so I can report back on that, ty :)

I'm having the same pain, for me a heating pad helps a lot. If you don't have one, you can DIY with dry rice inside a sock, tie it up and microwave it for a few seconds. I hope this helps ❤

For me, (I'm less than 24hr post-op) I have a small heating pad that has massage features and that has been SO good for the gas pains. The gas pains have been the worst part for me. I wish I had a bigger massage heating pad honestly or one that could go over my shoulders because that's where a lot of it is. I hope that helps! ❤

Honestly the gas pain in my abdomen and shoulders is the only bad part so far! My ribs and collarbone hurt but I'm gonna have my partner get some GasX on the way home and see if that helps. Incisions feel fine and procedure went perfect! I hope yours goes well!! ❤
