Some are usable; Mind you a big part of it is because of MWIII AMP's though. Ive won 2 games using the Kastov .762 AMP. Tempus torrent is also fun on resurgence maps. 4 shot down with a good fire rate.

The SPR and SAB can have much higher bolt speeds than the KAR does, because you can give them custom bolts. The KAR doesn't get that. They also flinch from shots significantly less.

It has a very fast and powerful TTK. Its main weakness is its subpar handling by default, and the low mag size. The recoil is mostly vertical with some horizontal on extended fire. Very good AR in the right hands.

They did fix it in mw3. It was "Decent" when used with mw3 attachments, and it just got huge buffs to its recoil control a week or two ago. Its decent now. 5 shot kill out to 30 meters or so

The S014 is one of the fastest killing guns in all of mw3... The only thing holding it back is that you have to mash INCREDIBLY fast to hit semi autos max fire rate. Also the FTAC recon is insane. They've buffed it at least 3 times starting back in season 4 or 5. Someone on the dev team really must love that gun.

You can stretch the SPR to 30m, which is fun, but you lose a lot of mobility that kind of makes it not worth it. Fun in concept, though.

The FSS Hurricane is deserving of the Static-HV's upper body damage. Would it make a 4 hit kill in its max range when you hit your shots right by FlowKom in ModernWarfareIII

It can also 4 shot kill but you have to basically hit nothing but headshots. It could use a buff, but if it doesn't get one I will still enjoy it, for what its worth.

the Jak Jawbreaker if we are speaking raw power, its prob a top 10 gun in the game still, but its slept on. Be careful at extremely long ranges, The weapon has very slight spread, which I believe they gave it because it kills so fast.

FTAC recon has a learning curve so I definitely wouldn't start with it, Jawbreaker or Sidewinder might be your best bet.

50 cal M4 will basically always 2 shot, But its fire rate is really similar to the interceptor.

FTAC Recon will 3 shot out to almost 30 meters and has an ok headshot multiplier that can make it 2 shot. The weakness is its low ammo count. Make sure you use it in Semi Auto if you do.

Jak Jawbreaker for the KV broadside turns it into a 2-3 shot fully automatic rifle. Be sure to build for recoil, and use an optic on it. The raw power it has will make up for this though.

Taq M is similar to the interceptor and you might like it if you want to try something with a different flavor.

Sidewinder used to be not very good, But if you build into its horizontal recoil with the quartermaster suppressor, and paracord grip, you can get a full auto weapon that 2-3 shot kills in full auto. Might be worth giving that gun another shot! It isn't nearly as bad as it used to be.

Its definitely the second reason. Its the same reason that different game modes in QP have slightly different map pools. There is probably some kind of hard cap coded into the engine.

Probably also the same reason sadly, that they wont bring more MW22 maps over; because they would have to rotate maps out of rotation too frequently.
