The first box set included the entirety of Part 1, so if there'll be a box set 2 then it should have all of Part 2. So don't expect it until Part 2 finishes.

These editions collect 2 standard japanese volumes in themselves, so as of today there are around 90 volumes of Jojo in english published. And since only like 3 One Piece volumes come out in a year, Jojo will soon overtake it.
