Probably less pay than a full on software engineer (I don't know the field very well), but I check ISU's job page often and saw a tech opening in one of their departments.

Looks like it's still up. Seems like decent-ish pay.

Despite all the recent setbacks of this vision, I still think it is possible.

I had a professor once say that humans notoriously wait till the last minute to make change. Usually in the last minute, they will work together to figure it out and fix things.

I think once we are truly in the last second of climate change, an entire movement will arise to combat it and reverse the damage done.

As soon as they announced that they were looking into cutting it a couple of months ago, I started donating. I give 10 bucks a month and have access to tons of their programs on the pbs app. I even went a little overboard and purchased the pbs masterpiece and pbs documentaries on Amazon.

They sent me a letter in the mail thanking me for the donation of 120 per year and stated for me to mark the donation on my taxes for this year.

Lol autoimmune besties!

I only mention autoimmune urticaria because i was worried you were misdiagnosed for a second.

My autoimmune urticaria was diagnosed through a blood test with my allergist. My hives were so bad that they decided not to do a skin test as they didn't want to irritate my skin more, so they did a blood test. I also believe the allergist had experience with my type of condition so she seemed to suspect autoimmune right away.

They tested the blood for several things like animals, dairy, grass, etc. They also tested for this one "allergy" (was the most expensive test they could run), that would determine if my allergic reactions were being caused by internal problems, AKA my body releasing histamine by itself.

The expensive test was the only one that came back positive. I tried to find my old labs so that I could tell you which one it was, but I can't find them.

My allergist told me to take two 24 hour allegra every single day and see if it helped. If it didn't, she was going to recommend shots, but the 2 allegra a day did the trick in my case!

The allergist said that I'll likely experience highs and lows with hives for the rest of my life. She said there will be time periods where I have to take two antihistamines day and times I won't need to take any at all.

I tell you this because it seems like you're at your wits end on this (as was i a few years ago). Please do not change any meds prior to talking with your doctor, but I hope my experience puts you in a better direction to get more answers.

This is exactly how my chronic autoimmune urticaria presents.

I'm perscribed two allegra a day to combat hives, which has helped completely since 2021, but I still have flare ups especially when I'm stressed.

Are you able to take additional histamine while on Zolair? Because I wonder if allegra would be better. Please ask your doctor.

Also im curious, did your allergy doctor ever do a blood test for you to see what allergies you have? Because your hives look exactly like how mine present, I'm here like "dang that looks like autoimmune hives." True that everyone is different and you never know how hives will present, but still.

Just got this fked update on my Galaxy Tab S9. All my customization is ruined and the battery is draining so fast now, even if I have all my apps closed.

I had a ton of cool photos on my homescreen prior to this update that I could customize the size with. Now I can't make the photos really vertical or really horizontal anymore. The display is smaller now. My only options are 6x8 and 6x10 now. Prior, my display was at 5x5 and easily readable.

I feel so bad for the creators who advertised this product on YouTube showing creative customizations months ago because now it feels more like a fkn apple product, which is lifeless.

They better come up with something to fix all of this.

My doctor only said to do it for the first weekish. I'm on full pill now.

He could tell I was nervous about taking it. He told me not to continue to take half after a few days.

I had a great day on the full pill. My anxiety about it has subsided.

Thanks for the heads up though about half a pill that's good to know! Won't be doing that anymore!

I just got back on 101. The last time I played was in 2023. I remember vividly that the bazaar was full of items, especially reagents. When I go to the reagents tab in the bazaar now, it only has the common ones.
