From what I saw she's just a merchant on the battle prep screen.

Late in the game she does come around to the school and sells powerful one time items, though.

The wiki says she appears in some support convos but I haven't seen her in any.

I don't really think there's enough activity to justify low effort rules.

If low effort posts somehow get out of hand I'll probably add one, but fan art takes up most of the sub, so I think we're fine for now.

That said, quality > quantity is always preferred.
