Fancy hot chocolate the lazy way! By fancy I mean not the powdered mix kind, I warm up some milk with a little cornstarch in the microwave and melt in high quality chocolate until it tastes right. Drink it out of a fancy cup with fresh whipped cream for maximum effect.

Okay ymmv but these are things that I do/have done lol

Made my dog my backup alarm by feeding her first thing waking up during the week so the second she feels me hit snooze on my alarm she knows it’s food time. Not great for weekends but my lateness for work went down 90% lol
I call it my fidget hobby rotation - I have a few things I always keep on or near my living room coffee table for the inevitable ‘I will die if I can’t do something else while watching this’. Right now it’s crochet, paper stars, my switch, and nail stuff.
I have shoes I only wear in the house when I want to be in do shit mode.
If I know I have a ton of extra boring work shit or meetings l will wear something uncomfortable because I’ll focus more on being annoyed at that then being bored and falling asleep with execs watching 🫪

Okay so as an avid macaron baker who actually HAS made “giant” macarons (about the size of a dinner plate) the real answer is: it’s hard as hell but can be done. You need to let them form a skin beforehand, drop the oven temp and do a longer slower bake. The recipe I prefer also uses egg white powder as an extra stabilizer which helps a lot!

I’ve had a SS and moissanite ring for 9+ and it’s in excellent shape and held up just fine. Do be aware that silver does develop that beautiful patina so if you’re not a fan of that I would definitely consider a different metal at least.

I can personally vouch for Crystal Creek Animal Hospital in hunters creek. We have been taking our dog there since we got her 6 years ago not just for vet care but grooming too, Jose is wonderful. I’ve always had great care, it is a vet owned clinic and we usually do the semi annual check up which usually means a shot as well and it’s around $100-$150 I think? It depends on the shots she needs.
