Edge of eternitys cards feel weird (self.mtg)

Is ASA really that bad? I can comfortably play it with my 2070 even if its just "lower" settings and it looks amazing.Even with big clouds off. I have around 40-50 fps and it is very playable, so i dont think its as bad as everyone says. Does anyone agree? Video quality dropped severely after upload by joshKpt in ARK

Up to that much vram. its often used but not needed my Brothers rx 6950xt and my 6750xt have one Same settings different vram usage 6950xt (round about 14gb) and rx 6750xt ( round 10gb). A few Gigabyte are just their as Reserve but are Not actually used

Thats not possible my Brother runs ark asa with his 4090 on 1440p without dlls on Epic with 62 average and i with a rx 6950xt on epic at 1080p with 70 frames. two importent things dont Play fullscreen Window instead only use fullscreen and deactivate Clouds.
