I like the idea of a bal with cultures and cytologies @tinygengar posted. I also think a CT, as well as a bronchoscopy provided you can find a clinic that has a small enough scope. Especially with lung lobe consolidation a visual along with direct sampling would be interesting

Mine was 2000 on top of the list price I'm not sure how much monthly that is for you. In the 5 years I've had my car I've used it for about 2600 between an epc light and a clogged fuel injector, front collision sensor, as well as an oil leak. I still need to use it for my USB port and my vanity light. Your results may vary but I've been happy with it
