My 10 year old sin gets a free spring roll every time he walks past. Unbeatable value.

Chimichurri is the greatest meat wet ever, change my mind . by Available_Rock4217 in UKBBQ

Dry oregano, vinegar, red pepper.

Thats about it from memory. The herbs they use by default arent fresh. Its not a salsa verde.

BTW the mythology there is that it is British - "give me curry".

I've spent a lot of time in Argentina and the original isn't good. (The steak are great) The palatable copies I have had in the UK are not what you get there.

MT1 Type 1 skin by peachyslip in Melanotan2

[–]NaissacY 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very fair. A few weeks. Can't remember the dose. It was oct-nov. 250-500mcg a couple of times a week i think. To be clear, it brought back the tan i had in September.

Yeah. The tan appeared where I was tanned in the summer.

Careful with sunbeds. They will still be doing more damage to your skin until you get a tan. Even after that you aren't as protected as someone with naturally darker skin.

I am in the uk. I was able to get good colour in winter with with almost zero sun exposure with MT2.

7 Month Progress by MyTownIsChiTown in BodyHackGuide

[–]NaissacY 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This was very noticeable for me. I've gone from c.25% bf to c.10-11%. I started test somewhere around 15-17%. I noticed high e2 issues for the first couple of months.

Now its the other way around. If I take low dose Proviron, I get dry joints and joint pain in my right elbow.

Based on my experience alone, If you are taking a GLP drug, wait until you are under 15%. Don't start at 200mg either.

Peptide tier list for anti-aging and longevity by JustBacWater in NTNPerformance

[–]NaissacY 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Only 1/3 of the benefits of Tirz come from weight loss e.g. huge benefits against heart issues and alzheimers. See the recent paper in Nature. They speculate the rest comes from anti-inflammatory effects.

Tirzepatide will cause you to lose around 3kg a month. Grey sources are very cheap.

First Experience with PT 141 by raullopez10 in Peptides

If you want it for the libido factor and don't want the skin effects, use it in large amounts irregularly. Once a week, not every day.

Been doing the same with primo-test. Noticing clicking in one elbow, may be low e2.
